During XIX International Congress of the Italian Society of Periodontology and Implantology, held in Rimini last March, dr. Filippo Citterio, a former student of the Postgraduate Program in Periodontology, became an Active Member of the Italian Society of Periodontology and Implantology and won the Goldman Award for basic science with the work “Comparison of different chemical and mechanical decontamination modalities on titanium dental implants: microbiological and biocompatibility analyses”.

After years of study and preparation, in front of the Active Member Acceptance Committee, the colleague discussed a clinical case prepared during the Postgraduate Program.

Great satisfaction and a source of pride for him to be able to actively participate in a prestigious society such as SIdP.
