The Dental School at the “San Giovanni Battista Molinette” Hospital (“Città della Salute e della Scienza di Torino”, i.e. the “Turin’s Health and Science Centre”) extends over 13,000 square meters, comprising the clinical, teaching and research departments. It stands out as one of Europe’s biggest and most technologically advanced structures in the dental field. Among the state-of-the-art equipment available to the School are a Zeiss microscope (12.5x) and a diode laser.

Clinical Department

The Dental School extends on two different floors and is comprised of a Teaching department (surface area: 5,000 m2) and a Clinical department (surface area: 8,000 m2), organized into the following wards: Exodontics, Conservative Dentistry, Endodontics, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Pathology, Pediatric Dentistry, Prosthetics, Radiology and Triagee.

Teaching Department

The Teaching department includes the following:

  • 6 classrooms (50 seats)
  • lecture hall (150 seats)
  • laboratory room (45 work stations used for practicing in dental anatomy modelling, orthodontic treatment simulation and production of prostheses
  • dummy room (20 work stations pre-clinical teaching simulation, dental and periodontal intraoral treatments)

Administrative Staff

Brischetto Rossella

Ms. Brischetto graduated in Arts and Philosophy at the University of Turin (Italy). She acts as the administrative contact person at the academic office for the Graduate Course in Dentistry and Dental Prostheses, the Graduate School of Orthognathics, and a few Master courses. More precisely, Ms. Brischetto supports students in the courses of study and also collaborates with the teachers in connection with the teaching activities as well as the activities carried out by the Graduate Course Board and other Boards.

Dellapiana Debora
Ms. Dellapiana graduated in Business and Economics at the University of Turin (Italy). She is in charge of the administrative and accounting services at C.I.R. Dental School and collaborates with the School Manager in the administrative accounting and management activities. In addition, Ms. Dellapiana is in charge of checking the regular flow of receipts and payments, as well as the legitimacy of administrative and accounting deeds and of the funding.
Gardone Nadia

Ms. Gardone was awarded the Accounting and Bookkeeping degree at the “Istituto Sommelier” high school in Turin (Italy). She works as an administrative contact persons and accounting assistant at C.I.R. Dental School; more precisely, she deals with the receipts and payments, as well as with the relationships with suppliers and the administrative and accounting management activities at the School.
