Confirmed University Researcher and Aggregate Professor at the University of Medicine and Surgery of Pisa. Honorary Clinical Lecturer in Periodontology at the University College of London.
Active member of the Italian Society of Periodontology and of the Italian Society of Oral Surgery. Responsible for the scientific project “Periodontal disease as emergent systemic disease” of the Health Ministry .
Author and co-author of more than 40 scientific papers in Periodontics and Oral Surgery. Referee of several international scientific journals. Clinical activity limited to the Periodontology.
