Dr. Paolo Arduino Curriculum Vitae
Paolo G. Arduino graduated in Doctor of Dental Surgery (2000) cum laude and press dignity at the University of Turin, Italy.
From 2000 he has been a staff member of the Department of Oral Medicine and Periodontology at the “Molinette” Hospital, University of Turin. Since 2001 ha has been appointed as Honorary Clinical Assistant and Contract Research Assistant and, since 2004, as Contract Seminar Lecturer at the University of Turin, Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, School of Dentistry, Section of Oral Medicine. He also works in his own successful general dental practice. Since 2011 he has been appointed as Academic Researcher at the University of Turin, School of Medicine.
He gained his MSc in Oral Medicine from UCL in 2004. He was awarded the “Young scientist awards” at the 8th Biennial Congress of the EAOM in Berlin (2006). He was invited speaker at the 9th Biennial Congress of the EAOM (Salisburgo, Austria, 2008), at the V Worldwide Workshop in Oral Medicine (Londra, UK, 2010) and at VI Worldwide Workshop in Oral Medicine (Orlando, USA, 2014).
His major research interests are bullous diseases, oral cancer, viral infections and bone diseases.
He has published more than 40 papers in national and international scientific peer-reviewed journals.
